START HERE FOR COVID-19 INFORMATION
ESSENTIAL BEHAVIORS TO STAY SAFE
1. STAY HOME - DO NOT MEET OR GATHER IN GROUPS
2. AVOID ALL UNNECESSARY TRAVEL
3. KEEP YOUR DISTANCE FROM OTHERS OF AT LEAST 6 FEET (SOCIAL DISTANCING)
4. USE NON-MEDICAL CLOTH BASED FACE COVERINGS IN PUBLIC SETTINGS WHERE SOCIAL DISTANCING IS DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN
5. COVER YOUR MOUTH AND NOSE WITH YOUR ELBOW WHEN COUGHING OR SNEEZING
6. WASH YOUR HANDS FREQUENTLY WITH WARM SOAPY WATER FOR AT LEAST 20 SECONDS
7. AVOID TOUCHING YOUR EYES, NOSE AND MOUTH
8. IF FEELING ILL, CALL YOUR DOCTOR

If you are aware that someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 attended a church event at your facility (including up to 48 hours before they had their first symptoms) you should do the following:
- Activate your emergency plan and notify public health officials.
- Clean and disinfect the facility.
- Communicate with staff and members about possible exposure. (If the person wishes to remain anonymous then you must inform everyone who attended the event that they were potentially exposed)
- Instruct everyone who was potentially exposed to immediately call their doctors for further instructions.
